SC ROPLAST WINDOWS SRL, with registered office in Ipotesti, Str. Viitorului nr. 1357, Suceava County, registered with the Trade Register attached to the Suceava Tribunal under no. J33/825/2011, having the sole registration number (CUI) RO29065725, is a personal data controller. Personal data will be collected and processed by ROPLAST WINDOWS SRL only to the extent permitted by the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 679/2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, hereinafter referred to as GDPR.

Terms within the meaning of General Regulation (EU) 679/2016:

“consent” of the data subject means any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject’s wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her.
