VEKA SOFTLINE 70AD Doors

For the construction of doors, SOFTLINE 70AD is a system available in non-planar version, with 70 mm profile depth, two seals and an internal geometry divided into 5 insulation chambers in the frame and 3 chambers in the sash. The SOFTLINE 70AD system has a classic design with slightly rounded edges.

With the SOFTLINE 70AD system, doors can be built with a single leaf, two leaves, in variants with continuous frame or aluminium sill. Parallel sliding doors, folding doors and residential doors with outward opening can also be manufactured. Moreover, the system allows the construction of residential doors. The SOFTLINE 70AS system is complete and contains the entire range of auxiliary profiles.

From a static point of view, doors can be built under warranty in a single leaf with maximum sash dimensions Wmax = 0.9 lm; Hmax = 2.2 lm. For two-leaf doors, in white/colour variants the maximum sash dimensions are Wmax = 0.8 lm; Hmax = 2.2 lm. At the same time, the SOFTLINE 70AD system allows building residential doors in white or colour versions, with maximum sash surfaces Wmax = 1.0 lm; Hmax = 2.3 lm.

The optimal thermal insulation values up to Uw = 1.0 W/m2K can be obtained depending on the type of insulating glazing used.

The 3 mm thickness of the external walls strictly complies with the provisions of the highest quality standard RAL “Class A” and corresponds to the European standard SR EN 12608 – Class A. Galvanized steel reinforcements of minimum 1.5 mm ensure the stability and long-lasting operation of the door. Due to the configuration of the groove, glazing is possible between 6 mm and 42 mm (depending on the rail used) for both fixed and mobile frames.

The SOFTLINE 70AD system is available in almost 50 foils in RAL colours, wood imitation or thermo-refractory metal foils, on both sides, only outside or only inside. The system also allows aluminium cladding.
