VEKA SOFTLINE 76MD Windows

The SOFTLINE 76MD system has extraordinary thermal efficiency and a non-planar design with elegant borders and slightly rounded edges. SOFTLINE 76MD is fitted with three rows of seals and a profile depth of 76 mm.

The SOFTLINE 76MD system can be used both for renovated and new buildings.

It can be used for both classic, heat insulating, noise insulating or safety windows, as well as for tilt and turn windows, swing windows, mobile mullion windows, parallel sliding windows with one or more leaves, fixed, combined or with outward opening.

From a static point of view, tilt and turn windows can be built under warranty with a single leaf with a maximum area of 2.25 m2 (sash: Wmax = 1.4 lm; Hmax = 2.4 lm) for white windows with a maximum area of 2 m2 (sash: Wmax = 1.3 lm and Hmax = 2.4 lm) for colour windows.

With the SOFTLINE 76MD system, the window thermal insulation coefficient is up to Uw = 0.75 W/m2K, depending on the type of heat-insulating glazing used.

We always meet the highest quality standards RAL “Class A”, which is why the wall thickness is 3 mm. This system is prepared for galvanized steel reinforcements according to the VEKA reinforcement prescriptions, of minimum 1.5 mm, which provides the insulating window with safety and durability in operation.

The groove configuration with a 28 mm depth makes possible glazing from 18 mm to 48 mm (depending on the pane contour used).

The SOFTLINE 76MD system offers the possibility of foiling in over 50 colours or wood imitation, on both sides, only on the outside or only on the inside. In addition, the system can be customized by using the VEKA SPECTRAL technology. The system also allows aluminium cladding.
